From Luz Saint Sauveur, where we slept, we went at full speed towards a false flat Gedre really part of the climb, but to be at the beginning of the stage invited to run. A good road along the river that is slowly gaining altitude. After passing through the bifurcation Gedre is the Cirque de Gavarnie and Troumouse. The idea is to get to Gavarnie and then continue to the port of Boucharo (or Bujaruelo in English) to complete the 31 miles uphill from light.
Step by Gavarnie leaves us stunning images of the Gavarnie circus that you see in the picture. An impressive waterfall of 400 meters is visible from the village. We say it is the largest waterfall in Europe. In the new video you can see this marvel:
Once past Gavarnie have to follow the signs to Boucharo Cole, a beautiful road with a good view of the circus, but which gradually shifts to the right to go to find the way to Spain which is Boucharo. We passed the ski slopes and after a few kilometers Gedre pretty tough leaves us in the parking lot from which can no longer move the cars. Still a couple of miles to the tarmac disappears and top port, but a huge rock blocking the passage of cars. Landslides have left many rocks in the road, which not only impede the passage of cars but also of the bike. We have to disassemble the bike to complete the climb and look for a sign of faith on our arrival at Port of Bujaruelo (2,273 meters).

Very quickly fall into Gedre and we will find the second circus day Troumouse Circus. A ascent end we also offer amazing scenery, beautiful, as you see in the picture below. The road is very lonely to be toll, so we can still enjoy a bit more of sight and even hearing the silence more accurately (in the Lac d'Aumar we had found another toll road).
Here you can see the profile of the rise and a detailed description of the

the end, after returning to light about 100 miles out very very completito, hard truth, but above all, extremely beautiful. I do not recommend it, I say that is a must do for all those that love mountain biking.
